SaveBox Fund is treated as a financial product, not a website feature. These controls are built in from day one.
Honest verification badges
Identity Verified, Beneficiary Verified, Payment Account Verified and Campaign Reviewed are shown separately. A badge tells you what we checked — never that every claim in a story is guaranteed true.
Server-confirmed money only
A contribution stays PENDING until a signed provider webhook confirms it. Nothing a browser reports can move a balance, and duplicate webhooks are ignored through unique provider transaction IDs.
Immutable ledger
Donations, fees, refunds, chargebacks and payouts each write a ledger entry. Campaign balances are computed from the ledger and can never be edited directly — by organizers or by staff.
Payout eligibility chain
Identity verified → beneficiary accepted and verified → campaign status valid → confirmed available balance → risk screening. Large payouts route to manual finance review before release.
Reporting that protects the reporter
Every public campaign carries a Report link with structured reasons and optional evidence. Reporter identity is never shared with the organizer.
Auditable admin actions
Suspending a campaign, freezing payouts, issuing a refund or changing platform fees all write to an audit log attributed to a named admin. No silent edits to financial records.
